Easy Raw Milk Sleep Tonic

This is my GO TO sleep tonic, adapted from my years as an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. This drink will send you off to bed with a calm heart and peaceful mind - the nervous system snuggle you didn’t know you needed!


Warm your milk gently (not too hot, and watch your pot, milk scalds very easily and quickly!) on the stovetop.

Once warmed, add one teaspoon of ghee, a dash of cardamon and a pinch of nutmeg. A little maple syrup for sweetness and sip til you’re sleepy!
